i needed earlier breakfast than they offered

mins walk to north quicy train station, free guest laundry, free breakfast

the suite was perfect for a multi night stay with the full kitchen including a dish washer

great kitchen and great breakfast

complimentary laundry on site

the hotel has everything you will need, parking, lots of restaurants, pool, gym and the list is long

gym and rooftop pool were a true bonus

i'm an early riser so didn't bother me but something to think about if you have kids or are a light sleeper

pool bar didn’t open until 7:00pm

on the day of my arrival, my flight was delayed & i had a spa appointment that i would've missed & i spoke with a very helpful woman who put me at ease

cool hotel, friendly staff, kids loved it.

great gym and lived the room decor

the staff at breakfast were really attentive and kind even though we had 3 loud young kids

room service options were somewhat limited, but the food was great.

very nice room and quite big. nice ambience and cool bar plus helpful staff.

the kids in the hotel were very noisy and i do not think hotel management did anything about it

patrons were loud, kids running in the hallways

excellent location! asked for the late check out and i was promptly attended!

have a problem with the key fobs, i changed at least 5 times, that bothered me or my kids because you can’t used the elevator or open the room and we have to comeback to the front

the gym facilities were expectional

inconvenient if your roommate simply steps down to kitchen for a few moments w/o room key

breakfast was well stocked with delicious bagels

and super accommodating staff, convenient to everything but quiet location, access to the kitchen, comfortable bed, clean shared bathrooms were always available

occupancy - nice and big nice for families to have the second add-on room (double bed) for older kids and their

going through the kitchen to the bathroom felt a bit awkard.

with crib they give us the most noisy room ever the were partying so if you are a couple with kids just find something else is a crowded place, nice for

the ambiance of the entrance and bar area was very inviting

crowds of drunk kids. rude bar-staff. lousy location for walking around.

also, room service was not available which i think is weird during covid because it seems more

at the cost, upgraded wifi should be included
