however, upon loading our laundry into the machine, we were unexpectedly asked to pay for its use and also charged extra for

the spa area, only has a small pool, nothing else

we were family of 5 (two small kids and a baby), and we got an upgrade on check-in (+) loved the buffet breakfast as did the kids

the rooftop bar is highly ranked across europe and they have fado every wednesday

the private indoor pool experience was also lovely

only thing i would add is swimingpool was very small and perhaps was missing something like a steam room or jacuzzi
