there is no front desk, no concierge, and no room service but you do have a kitchenette and in room laundry machines

we did the couples massage at the xylia spa in the hotel and have never felt more pampered

had the manager looked at the shower and suggested us to take a shower in the gym they had

my kids are too young for an attached room as the staff suggested, and in the end we were surprised at

central location helpful staff- allowed early check in.
