they even offered to help us with some last minute laundry
they let us do late check out by 1 hour which was appreciated
streaming services, there was no clothing steamer (though the cleaning staff did provide a great laundry service for tips), the odor of the chemicals used to unclog the shower saturated the room

where good, specially that they have one for little kids and you can let them in without you having to get in with them, but supervising them obviously

the wifi works great and there are free parking lots right in front of the entry
