whole hotel is amazing, with swimming pool, little zoo, very good food at the restaurant, amazing breakfast buffet, and the room was absolutely amazing

the hotel is getting old and with not enough maintenance, it wasn't available hot water, the pool area was modified and now it's too small to really enjoy it

you have sea views from some of the rooms and there is a pool on the roof

there is a pool in the hotel and an elevator

there were no lights in the pool area and it was freezing

i paid for a room with balcony and view to the pool and bathtub and they give one totally different

has a nice pool, good location, several oxxo bearby, block from the sea

they allowed us for a couple hours late check out

for it to be ready, we were offered a much better suite on the 2nd floor with views of ocean and pool, and more privacy, it was beautiful

the service at the pool bar is not good
