not a place for kids to be around

there was kids running outside all times of night and trash was piled up and bugs flying everywhere

there are many kids playing in the court yard until 11:30pm which you can hear even with the room closed

my kids & dog stay for free

to be moved to another room due to termites but there was no compensation what so ever i had 3 kids we went from two queen beds to i king and was crowded for our last two

late check out, good scenery. new building. spacious room and modern amenities

the bar closed early

the lobby includes a bar and restaurant with food options (ask the receptionist)

i wish the breakfast was included.

no inside pool.

broken phone, so no room service- ugly hallways, missing some bar bells in gym

4 stars yet has no working lift, proper service and gym

the music was too loud in all public places, even outside at the pool.

the pool was excellent, and quite rooms were very nice!

the chef so amazing and the bar staff extremely attentive

i enjoyed the pool and pool bar, my room was clean and beautiful, all the staff were very friendly and helpful and the lobby

, cleanliness, pool is awesome colored , and bed was comfy :) also loved the breakfast bar, it was clean hot and

comfortable rooms with great pool view, and all the little extras in the room such as iron and board, coffee

pool was full of bugs but i did witness the hotel serviceman clean them out

the pool was clean

no pet fee thats the only good thing about this place
