the indoor swimming pool was too cold

i'd rather pay a higher rate and be offered free room service and coffee

for both my rooms, would not give me the key for my second room because it was somehow in my kids names when they were only listed as guests at booking, told they had to call to change name on

the pool was beautiful and resort-like, with swim streams and lounge chairs, and the gym exceeds

room service quality was poor. bread was a bit stale.

the rooftop bar is a great venue to relax and enjoy the toronto skyline

when they were out of the dessert i wanted for room service, they brought up a different similar one for free

that they need to add soda/ iced tea prices to their room service menus.

the full kitchen is wonderful to have and the location couldn t be better

the second day has no room service. nobody come to clean nor change towels.

the location was good for the kids to walk around.

gym facilities were bigger than average for hotel gyms

from eaton centre, nice resturant around the corner in the same building , not to far from sick kids either

having a washer/dryer in the room with the option of getting single use laundry detergent was great for us as we had been traveling for a few days prior with a small

comfy bed, great shower, very handy to have laundry and

a small kitchen and fridge and a nice bathroom and bedroom

we were able to have both an early check in and a late checkout, which really helped and us with our stay in toronto

pleased with the location and wonderful staff who were very willing to help - even allowed an early check in which was greatly appreciated

nonetheless the front counter, ratnesh, was incredibly helpful - he got me an early check in with no extra charge and recommended a tour to niagara falls

was comfortable, easy to access the eaton center and i was able to enjoy early check in on arrival

though you had to pay for it)

were disappointed that the pub was closed on sunday and that there was not any room service on sunday as well

i couldn't see any milk/cream either though i am sure room service would have provided it

excellent breakfast in restaurant

the cost of the buffet breakfast was excessive and, as a result, we ate somewhere else.

didn't have much time to enjoy their spa and other services.

spa is good also

the spa is probably the best in toronto with everything you could ever need, massage, sauna, steam bath

how expensive the room service was for the product.
