the indoor pool

i have multiple kids

the kitchen in our room!

the carpet was wet and they have kitchen but nothing to cook with

spacious very good for extended stay with kids.

kids loved the pool and so did i

so every time my husband and i got up during the night the bright lights popped on waking the kids

we asked for an early check in and were finally able to get in just 5 minutes early.

pool area cozy and comfortable

the kids didn't like the turkey bacon.

lots of noise from the bar upstairs at night until very late

the food and bar were very much enjoyed

the resturant and bar were amazing

parking was easy, np

the breakfast was very good

clean room with a separate seating area so my husband and i could stay up and unwind after kids went to bed

we loved to pool!

had no service on my phone while in our hotel room & the wifi connection was terrible

no drug dealers in the parking lot

the wifi didnt hardly work that was the only down fall.

did not like the fact that i could smell marijuana coming out of a car in the parking lot near my vehicle

it was so bad they denied a refund so me and my kids slept in the cold car in red roof parking lot

the elevator was kinda scary and the main stairs didn t go up to the floor with the laundry

pool wasn’t open had problems with door

i got there too late to be able to use the pool because i got rain and chili but that's ok

pool and wifi was great

no pool like advertised.

very roomy, clean. lady at front desk went way above and beyond to help me with our laundry.

i found 2 live roaches in the kitchenette area

the location and the pool was very clean ..

was convenient and the rooms were spacious with a very accommodating set up with kitchenette and awesome entertainment center with a well thought out working area

pool had chewing gum paper in the water and bugs on the cement other then that i enjoyed it

i like the bed and the pool and the bathroom was nice too ud83dude0d

kid friendly clean pool conviently located

pool was clean , people were respectful , staff was awesome and accommodating

to a chucky cheese which the kids enjoy

i honestly wouldn’t bring my kids here, even if there is a chucky cheese right next to the hotel

and the kids channels were not showing the correct

to top it off at 4:30am a lady on i assume drugs or drunk was beating on the door and woke my kids and myself up

kids were not able to shower and when they tried in the morning, the hot water didn't work

the shuttle service was excellent. they took me where i wanted to go and also picked me up!

excellent breakfast choices and great location!!!

close to airport and free shuttle service to get to the airport. beds were comfortable.

also, the indoor pool was heated and there was a cute game to play in the corner
