one vehicle of their airport shuttle service was working, long waiting times and car with just space for 4 or 5 with luggage

weird and noisy - requested for checkout at 12 instead of 11 so was denied the breakfast bag - no room service at all, not even a water bottle - not one bit worth the

upgraded my room for free, putting my young daughter and i closer to the pool for a shorter walk

i expected the swimming pool to be at a comfortable temperature but unfortunately it was cold for kids to swim

the bed was comfortable, the pool was really nice, and i'm glad they had a laundry station!!

they called to confirm my booking and allowed me an early check in and late check out at no extra

hotels downtown or in hull where hotels often charge extra per day for parking

it has free access to a great gym and a swimming pool, which was perfect to have a morning sport session while my partner was
