the facilities are great and the swimming pool was very welcome on the very hot days
the website indicated that the rooms had kitchens and microwaves
no kitchen/microwave in the room. only two elevators in service.

not usually a big deal but when you have small kids and all the stuff that goes with them its a pain to take stairs to the 8th floor several times

were dated and dark the pool was green and dirty i paid quality hotel prices to stay in a dump

the complimentary breakfast is excellent and i always enjoy my stay
after my kids got out the shower and they walked on the floor they feet was dirty
would not recommend. nasty, grounds dirty, staff rude . not a place you would take kids too.

my kids loved the pancake machine at breakfast - it took a little while, but it turned out fresh, hot
liked it had a mini kitchen, plenty of storage space, bed was comfortable. very clean

close to beach access, the pool, the updated rooms, multiple outdoor showers.
