the location, room, bar and decor

amanda behind the bar was an absolute legend.

late check out, appliances, cleanliness, smart tvs, location, discount parking,

elevator, delivering room service), were incredibly friendly and helpful

at front desk and everywhere else we encountered

no indoor pool or gym

having access to the pool, gym and a bar was nice.

the pool wasn't available for use but no big deal...the beach is only a few minutes away!!

never made it to the pool area but the pictures were another reason why i chose the renaissance lakefront hotel

there were no towels and the wifi nor cable worked and i had to switch rooms

they got rid of room service. the hot tub was closed. they didn t renovate the pool area.

didn't stay kids up and down the hall

i believe there is a laundry as well, but i can't verify that, personally

there was drug dealing up the street, and didn’t what my wife and kids walking by there self

after a long day i had to wait to have the battery replaced before i could get in, meanwhile the laundry room next door was flooded from an overflowed washing machine

the pool looked nice even though it was covered, room was spacious and i like the sink was

we everything was fine just expected a bigger pool

i found 2 cockroaches, the pathway is kinda dirty and the laundry area is far

close to the naval station and breakfast was good.

breakfast was excellent, the rooms were clean, the bed and the pillow were the most comfortable i

the location and the price was okay. there is free breakfast and the gym is alright.

stinks in the hallway, kids that are staying there are loud as hell plus they were running and jumping
