we stayed in a sea/beach and pool facing junior suite with wrap-around balcony which is by far the best family suite we have

two excellent pools for kids

the hotel offers a spa service and a golf course is a 3 minute drive away

you service that in the peak of the hot season when you don't want a hot tub so much but the pool to cool off in

complaints although it should be possible for non all inclusive customers to avoid the bar queue as it can be a long wait

disappointed to discover that after a 10 hour drive the hotel restaurant and bar were closed on a saturday night

the first moment we arrived everybody we met - from reception to breakfast room staff to the cleaners were really friendly

the spa was a jacuzzi and a steam room. i think overpriced for what it is

it is the 2 star hotel but there was the nuevo torreluz, a 4 star hotel with a bar and the terrace in the same square where we had a very good breakfast and some tapas
