it has been quite a while that the swimming pool is closed - if there were tea and coffee in the rooms, that would be very nice

so, when i arrived around 7:30 pm the restaurant was closed and there was no room service

wish kitchen had pots and pans and a good amount of cutlery and bowls/coffee mugs/drinking glasses

the bar waiter was spectacular!!! made the entire experience fun and educational!!!

room was clean, and quiet considering it was so close to the airport plus we were able to use the kitchen in the room to prepare meals/ snacks for our toddler

hotel is located near the airport and has a shuttle to airport the shuttle is flexible and arrives on

to leave our cases with reception once checked out but still make use of the hotel spa, pool, gym and all other facilities and the staff were just so friendly and accommodating

best thing about the hotel was: -guest laundry available to do your own laundry at yourown pace

breakfast was good and the little bistro was so convenient for meals especially with kids.

for me it was important to have good internet connection and hotel wifi worked fine

the wifi was a little spotty, but other than that had no real issues.

late night after many hours flying, bar and restaurant closing they accommodated us quickly, very kind bar and restaurant staff

it was real clean and very comfortable and the kids love the pool and breakfast was delicious..

when needed extra pillows, blankets they came immediately breakfast was excellent and the kitchen/dining room staff were extremely patient and friendly and

likes was hot tub ,fire place, room, staff, kids likes was pool and fitness center hubby likes was lounge snow and

the gym is nice, you can easily do your workout there and it looks like it was renovated recently

we didn t use the pool or gym but the facilities looked great

breakfast was great

also, we had a tiny king size bed for 2 adults and 2 kids

gym is over the average for a hotel, which i really appreciated
