great ambiance snd friendly staff; muhammad was a delight and the breakfast was delicious
breakfast was at 9 and an extra charge
the breakfast was delicious and the owner was super kind and considerate of allergies
cheese on my scrambled eggs and minimal meat at breakfast
dayton room was not worth the price and being new to the bed and breakfast type of stay

love that we were able to have an early checkin and late check out
my room was overlooking a bar across the street where there was police activity until 3am
was right downtown, very convenient, had a bar and restaurant in the hotel, very clean rooms
beautiful, clean space and attentive staff. great gym!
