but the gym would only go down to 19 degress which meant it was blasting out heat and i couldn't find out

which seemed to increase the noise from everyone elses air con units ,also tried to arrange late check out prior to arrival -told to ask at check in -tried that and told to ask in the

great location, lovely clean rooms and very nice breakfast with friendly helpful staff.

during my visit this time i was kindly given a late check out time even though it was not required

reception was extremely helpful throughout our stay and even let us have late check out for free

machine could have been more full, there was hardly anything left in there, also we opted for late check out and the cleaners where quite loud at one point

staff were great and gave us late check out for the inconvenience so can’t fault them

the only downfall was that when we asked for late check out there was clearly a lack of communication between the customer facing staff in the

that there was no bar fridge in the room. would have been brilliant.

the polish bar man is amazing and always remembers us when we return
