arrival we decided to do an extra night clean everything worked staff friendly complimentary breakfast good and use of laundry aswell will definitely call back if in merrit island again

definite plus is the 24 hour check in and the included parking spot, which allowed us to take a real late flight

was good, personnel really nice, price-room it's okey and lot of parking just in front of your room

sauna didn't work in the gym and the treadmills were quite old and run down

the kitchen area that is available is fantastic

much for the kids to do cooking pavilion was great 2 pools

there was free wifi and a fridge in the room which was nice, but no smart tv- which was funny as my kids were

everything. close to cruise port parking was cheap for our week long cruise.

om facing the lazy river) but for the price of accommodation with free wifi, parking and breakfast, can't really complain

exactly as we expected an old florida beachfront room to be, but as a 2 bedroom apartment with a kitchen and 2 sitting areas and spacious closets, it's great value for a family

we also did laundry in their laundry room and both dryers did not work

issue with laundry but solved

value for the location, right on the beach with laundry facility on site, and had a small kitchenette for

the washer was full of quarters and wouldn’t accept anymore so the office staff did my load of laundry in the office so we didn’t have to travel home with wet clothes

the location was good to visit kennedy space centre,golf beach boating rtf

extra deck chairs, laundry facilities

the kitchen part was super cool

to the beach made it very convenient fo kids running back and forth to the room, or from the pool to the beach

the kids enjoyed the pool , all the sand toys even some dogs as the location is pet friendly

i really like the pool and be able to walk to the beach

the kitchen facilities had everything we needed, and rooms were exactly as shown on web site

the added bonus of on-site laundry facilities was very useful

room had a new refrigerator and microwave, with a guest laundry, which was new and clean

the swimming pool was lovely and there is a lobby where you can find pool and beach toys, laundry facilities, cutlery, boogie boards

nothing really, the pool was small but then you had the beautiful indian river to look at.

dollar bill machine didn’t work so was unable to do some laundry before leaving

there were some bushes or something around pool so you weren't looking at the parking lot

cleaned rooms for 3 years in we did better then them it was hair i had to clean before my kids did anything sad and we always stay here this the 2nd room out of 10

perfect view, breakfast, room, pool, hot tub, snack room!!!! we loved it all!!!

the social hour is so lovely and the available towels and snacks near the small pool are so helpful

delicious breakfast and access to water and sodas and a happy hour 5-6pm which was a nice touch

maintained gardens and spa areas

spa pool water was much too hot.
