young lady at the check in counter was soo nice and answered all our questions about the hotel, spa and the berkley castle

no pool but have it on the site and it s oh so sorry. did not stay at hotel refunded.

great location close to everything! the spa is close and very enjoyable.

it would be nice if the beautiful pool would be available to the guests
