breakfast set us up for the day

meanwhile the humans had a wonderful dinner and a great breakfast

the staff were very friendly, the hotel was ideal for us as an older couple (kids now old enough to leave)

we then had a wonderful dinner and a drink in the bar before we retired for the evening

found garden spa too literal, not a conventional spa hotel.

on floor to use it as the sockets was on the floor pretty much the hall ways smelt like dirty laundry the hot tap was clod and the clod tap was hot not safe for kids luckily my misses used it

ld them but they said it just came from the laundry)

dirty laundry was all over the floor

nightmare, fan in room blade missing and vibrating, hot above laundry, no kitchen, social tenants from council, bad key/lock

we were a group of 3, and were given a big 3 bedroom apartment (+kitchen, two bathrooms) for a great price

rooms are very comfy and quite big, there is bar on the first floor and tea/coffee in the room

we all had plenty of space with 2 bathrooms, a kitchen area

nice bar area and breakfast room

the only problem i had was after drinking tap water from the kitchen, i kept on vomitting all day

noisy with the rooms being directly above the bar and restaurant but did quiet down after all was closed up

the bar restaurant was such a good vibe x and when i went to my room it was so unique x

lovely contemporary room overlooking the canal . lovely bar with live music friendly staff

the location is great and within easy walking distance of a decent selection of bars and restaurants on monton road, or of course the riverside has it's own restaurant and bar but

bar & restaurant were nicely decorated

kettle in the room when you traveling with kids

was no heat in room main radiator not working mould not suitable for kids got plenty off pictures off the

i want blankets on the message because i have kids but when will get dear nothing.

a big shoutout to the receptionists— they were especially great with my kids

no tea making facility in room uncomfortable beds no tv in room no good for kids

great bar with a great bartender ( reece and forgot the other gentleman’s name

the bar at reception was really good too

allowed me a very generous early check in and later check out which made every difference to me

deposit was taken on top of the £200 i paid for the room upon check in, i booked late check out for 2pm the next day in the evening but my door was still knocked on by staff

been charged £30 for a late check out fee that i didn’t request

we were a family with small kids and was very very

quirky and friendly, very comfortable beds and a good inhouse bar and restaurant

the personal highlight for me was the gym - made it really easy to workout and stay active during my trip

amazing foyer, games for kids

fantastic gym & even has its own cinema

hotel, immaculate rooms, fantastic bar and restaurant facilities, great atmosphere and vibe, very cosy and all staff absolutely

lovely breakfast overall 10/10
