calm place to stay pool was great ud83dudc4d good communication with cleaning staff

early check in cost additional money even though room was ready and available

exactly what we needed - a quick respite the day before an early flight

like the fact that a gentleman came outside and gave my kids some towels at the pool while they were swimming

there was no fridge nor microwave so couldn't buy drinks nor food for my kids

we had a u-haul trailer and there was plenty of space to park it

great pool even had handicap accessible, rooms were very nice sized, good breakfast selection

the bed was super comfy! the room was clean and neat. breakfast was yummy!

went to the pool and it hasn’t been cleaned in a while because i definitely saw mold floating around the

we also thought breakfast would be free but then found out it was only free for the continental part which was full

the continental breakfast could be improved.

lovely comfortable bed, great cuisine, quiet and private grounds, great spa weekend

you could swim laps in the pool and did you say pickleball - wonderful courts

be difficult to bring my elderly mom with her mobility issues and some steps to pool are uneven from front desk area

more direction on how to get to check in would have been appropriate when we called from the parking lot

the view from the pool deck was of a power plant & a homeless encampment

ground floor bar and restaurant areas were very very busy at nights - uncomfortably so as a hotel resident

pool was so crowded we couldn't get in to swim

the food from room service was excellent. the staff was very pleasant,helpful and professional.
