i appreciated the airport shuttle & the location of the hotel

bath tub had a disgusting stain on it!couldn't get the tv or wifi to work!

breakfast was amazing

the gym was clean, the lobby was clean my room was nice and clean

the location and on site laundry

laundry room constantly broken and no refund

towels and linen. wake up your provider/laundry

third floor laundry room the washer was out of order.

they give me a room next to the laundry so i could strangle smell the laundry detergent in my room also the refrigerator making

when i called to attempt an early check in, i had an email stating my reservation had been cancelled

there was very uncomfortable bc the a/c in our room was not working correctly, 3rd morning, some kids pulled the fire alarm at 7am and the whole hotel had to be evacuated

early check in cost additional money even though room was ready and available

no utensils or dishes to use for the kitchenette

the receptionist was fantastic and let me do an early check in that i'll always be grateful for

we loved the pool area, it was very hip and beautiful

helpful and efficient staff great location great facilities including roof top pool and gym

the pool is on a smaller side and not very suitable for swimming

- yoga mat was a bonus > the staff at the restaurant corinne was very attentive & friendly > zanzibar rooftop bar & pool with incredible views over austin > got a pepsi for free from the bar staff

gym is nice and roomy w/ good equipment

were lucky to get an early check in which i appreciated after an early morning flight

pool was quite small and crowded

didn t approach and open our door on our way out, the room was hot so we had to ask for a fan, room service forgot our dessert, we had to wait 45 minutes for a room after the 3pm check-in time

the food from room service was excellent. the staff was very pleasant,helpful and professional.

only thing i wasn’t a fan of was breakfast at the grey market $20 for a very small portion felt over priced for the quality of the

friendly dog + good gym equipment ! the best hotel in the whole texas !!

the hotel has so much to offer, great bars, roof top pool, killer gym and golf simulator
