enjoyed the pool

i didn’t get a bed cover for the sofa bed where my kids slept

no beach towels available, couldn't use gym for renovations, try to extend but doubles were no longer

the gym and the swimming pool were in so amazing place

i had my two kids with me and they enjoyed the beach view

breakfast to choose from waffles, eggs, yoghurt and orange juice/coffee

shuttle service was very good and rooms were clean, well kept, and modern looking

miss breakfast but everything else was wonderful and the workers are very nice so thumbs ud83dudc4d up

we had a good night and went to breakfast in the hotel

5am-9am so don't expect to have 24hr access to their garages or restaurants - (not 24 hours) gym is just right and all i needed for a workout (+) we arrived late at night, but were still able to use the fully functional gym, which is open 24/7 (+) facilities: i enjoyed using the gym and they have a few restos on site (+)were quite modern and the gym had a good selection of machines and equipment for a hotel (+)the property had a casino and a coffee shop and a great gym

room service ended at 10 pm.

the jets in the spa bath in this particular room did not work properly

jet spa wasn't working correctly

they don’t provide soap for the spa bath room at least something travel size for the customer

the front desk person was rude. the spa tub didn’t work as advertised

there was no breakfast. or take out breakfast. toilet was child size. why?? need bigger toilet

both beds had stains sheets, the clean bathroom had pubic hair on the new soap bar and on the toilet

wifi was so bad: 0,5 mb download speed

more cereal selections for breakfast as well as fresh fruit as an option.

parking because the garage is getting done over on bookings it said the hotel have parking they

they had a better parking situation, but they seem to be doing construction

its location - walking distance from the us open tennis center - and its potential access to free parking

the parking could have been a bigger space.

the breakfast was delicious and had a nice little variety of cantonese and american breakfast staples

breakfast was in a nice room and there was a good variety of food

the road to the hotel is hilly, and may be a bit tiring, especially if you are old or have young kids

breakfast it's same all day.
