photos on here suggest there is a kitchen area - there is not

was up for scratch, dusty, black mould, shutters are down, can’t open windows, no kitchen facilities, no plates or cutlery, stinks of weed and people playing loud music and swearing

room did not have kitchen as per advertised

the price i paid, i was really underwhelmed by the facilities, a kettle, but no sink in the kitchen, bathroom sink was too small for kettle to fit

complimentary wine and cheese is a nice touch and the bar area is very welcoming if you are a solo traveller having a quiet drink

they allowed for an early check in, asked the morning before checking in

the gym was well-equipped with high quality equipment, spacious and with wipes to clean down equipment

late check out was a real bonus

breakfast was very good with plenty of choice and staff there very helpful

could have been more gluten free options on the kids dinner menu and main (adult) dinner menu

location, value for money, staff all 10/10. also enjoyed the gym

staff were very friendly, when we arrived the member of staff doing the laundry helped us in and helped us with the lift

used the laundry machines as well, which were very efficient

were clearly put up so you wouldn’t need to bother the reception with queries for the laundry, bin etc

the breakfast and staff were outstanding

the room has a little kitchen the building has laundry and gym!
