location, lots of parking room was in a separate annex to the pub so very quiet &
the beaten path location, bar & restaurant on site with outdoor patio
no issues with parking
there was a lovely black labrador mooching about the bar that was very friendly and made me feel very welcome
one with three beds, the rooms are separate from the pub but only a few paces away so your in the bar in less than a minute

only after my 3rd telephone call to room service did it get delivered and luke warm without salt and pepper as i asked
hotel was a extremely clean and comfortable and dealt with covid pro-actively by allowing room service for food/refreshments
