the cabin came with a small kitchen and a fridge, so i could cook my own meals — not that i was ever in a rush to leave

its a family place which we appreciated but then there were people that did not want kids there

the hotsprings were great, they split them among several pools and there's an infinity pool with a great view of the volcano

the included hot breakfast is plentiful, with a variety of options and they offer a different variety daily

the included breakfast is tasty and plentiful

don't misplace your pool towel

the hot springs were fabulous and my kids loved the slides!

for kids however strange that they do not offer a cribs service in your room

the spa treatment we received was also quite costly, which was not the issue, however, the services

the lodges are cute and have every you need for 2 nights, the pools are just amazing, warm and super relaxing in the evenings

the bungalow are so cute and comfortable and the pools are great

we enjoyed the pools with the bar and massage

breakfast here was one of our favorite meals our entire costa rica stay

has several warm pools that are well maintained and with a direct view to the volcano

surrounded by nature, with some little pools with hot springs, so you can be alone there, they have another normal pool and two

wifi is not consistent and kept shutting down

also, the breakfast was delicious

kids love to explore surroundings and thermal pools

had trouble using the cash machine in town, so went to a nearby cafe to ask if we could use the wifi to contact our bank

the hotel had so much for our family - the pools/hot springs, mini golf, kids club, games, etc

facilities, natural surroundings, kids friendly, great staff, really good food, lots of activities

comfortable beds, heated pool that my 4 kids loved, pool had generous operating hours, leo was fantastic and very kind and helpful

rooms were clean, beds were big and comfortable, and the kitchen had most things we needed to cook a quick meal

the spa tub was an absolute blast, but the amount of hot water you get depends on the time of day, and

the wooden bungalow in a tropical garden and the nice pool area with a view over arenal volcano

although it is distant to the town, it is close to some kind of bar or nightclub that has a loud sound until late night

i also loved the pool and the breakfast
