well travelled, and have been travelling all over canada with my hubby and kids

every detail was attended to with care from assisting with our bags to meeting all our room service needs, even when we requested tea at odd hours of the night

there is a quirk that you either have to go in the back or through a bar to get to your room, however this didn't bother us during our stay

walls, was very loud in other rooms/in the hallways - kids running and yelling, someone playing the same song on guitar 50 times in a row at 8am

wasn't able to get an early check in to take a call so had to make it from my car.

the heated pool was still a little cool for my liking but the spa was fabulous to relax in after a day of exploring

the common usage areas like the pool, laundry, gym are very accessible and well maintained

was so welcoming and accommodating, from the early check in request, to front desk and even the bellman getting our elevator

room was spacious and the one very convenient facility is the free laundry especially for long
