at the pool was not that good
good access to fleming beach with hotel shuttle. clear water and nice waves.
i called the hotel a couple of days prior to my arrival to check if they have shuttle service to/from the hotel and i was advised that they do not have shuttle service at all
spa was a phenomenal experience as it is small and private with all the special amenities
the guest concierge took great care of us as did the spa staff. overall great experience

they have all kitchen utensils for cooking and make it perfect for a long stay
views from the balcony of both ocean and mountains, plus the lush landscape of the property and pool
our unit was spacious and comfortable, and included separate living and sleeping areas, a full kitchen, and a washer/dryer
to beach, free parking, full kitchen with large fridge, tennis court, washer & dryer in room, comfy bed, good sized verandah
