room and en suite were a pleasure to use even though the torfin is a bar and a lovely one at that

was very clean and they even had the room ready for an early check in

the restaurant and bar downstairs is really good

unfortunately breakfast didn't happen as power failure in kitchen

bar area was lovely and the breakfast was great and well with the extra cost

we enjoyed the games in the bar area for a while too

to top it all off the hotel owner allowed us to leave all our luggage in the bar area for the entire day despite them closing for 2 days to celebrate new year for themselves

it has a luxe hotel, fully stocked vibey bar where we met some really fun people

bar next door looked good so must buy something on next visit

karaoke in hostels bar was good fun and staff and guests were all friendly and helpful

triple bunk beds are for 5 year olds not adults

really not kid friendly. limited pool access, poor kids menus

the staff were more than helpful and the spa and pool were incredible.

room service was exceptionally fast & the breakfast delivered in the morning was fantastic

2 hours for the kids is ridiculous, i brought my daughter for a treat thinking she would get a good swim after

loved the hotel so nothing major - but the bar ran out of espresso martini ingredients on the saturday night, we were really looking forward

had a wifi router in my room so a very bright blue light which wasn t ideal

laundry bags in the hallway were a little untidy

you do also have to request room service they came in and put new towels down, but didn t make the bed

breakfast in pub next door was awful.

the nice breakfast this hotel offers along with a fully equipped kitchen is suites really sets it apart from others in the area

was fantastic, so was the room and all the amenities - complimentary laundry machines, room had everything we could think of, and every request was met with a smile
