no free breakfast but they have a restaurant downstairs that was pretty good

i appreciated the room service which was very tasty

first, because of its location near the biltmore and second, because they are pet friendly

when i booked the hotel there was no mentioning for parking and pet fees

the bar is a nice place to unwind with a drink

is a great little hotel with full service rooms that include washer and dryer and full kitchen

top quality, such as netflix on the tv, real coffee available via a maker, ice machine, separate kitchen, wifi in the room

thin--we heard everything the people upstairs were doing, from casually walking around, to doing laundry, to arguing, to having sex

i loved the cleanliness and all the things in the kitchen

i loved that we had a washer/dryer in our room so i could do some laundry and not pack up our filthy clothes

the golden hour restaurant was excellent and the rooftop bar a great location for relaxing with a cocktail

the gym is nice and clean, the room was very clean and i like the location

nice rooftop bar with fire pits which is nice on cool evenings

the gym and coffee shop are not operational

breakfast baskets every morning, refrigerator packed with drinks, and optional snacks and alcohol

had a bit of an issue with the microwave for breakfast… coffee not very hot…

the much-touted bar wasn't actually open any of the three nights we were there

the breakfast was a nice surprise, with wonderful, fresh savory pastries, fruit, and snacks to go

the pool and gym room were beautiful

i was also quite surprise at the $100 cleaning pet fee when my dog is 10 pounds

was able to do some laundry to stay fresh the rest of the trip

no laundry soap, no dish soap, and little bath products.
