got a suite with a spa tub and it was placed in the living room rather than a upgraded tub in the bathroom

floor was wet and furniture piled on bed i had surgery scheduled the next day and had booked a spa room when i complained the owner came out and said

the pool's also closed right now, but that's due to the pandemic, so what can ya do

the couch was so uncomfortable to sit on we chose to leave for the evening rather than sit in a spa room with a bad couch

the only annoying thing was they stopped pool service a bit early & waiting for a buggy to take & pick us up from our room when they were

we opted for breakfast in the room and i have to say that was one of the best decisions we made

the room was nice but not spectacular and the pool, though not used by us, seemed small for a resort of this size

restaurant and bar on site was excellent

the shower towel bar in the shower seemed to be breaking

the outdoor pool wasn't heated, but we enjoyed the hot tub, which was very clean

the grounds, pool and conveniently close to other places.

pool is supposed to be heated but when we went (which is across the street) pool was cold and there

the pool area is a lovely way to spend a day and the restaurant is delicious

access to spa amenities (sauna/steam room) needs to be booked through resort pass

also would have been better if the main pool (in the sun) was available during our stay, we were told we couldn't use it

turns out the property's room with a balcony and view had no kitchen

river-front property with a marvelous view; well-appointed kitchenette; comfortable bed; handy parking

electrical outlets in the kitchenette need to be fixed, but it was a small inconvenience.

i thought it had a kitchen but just and microwave and small fridge.

parking is crammed.

the walls are thin, we had neighbors who came to party with kids on tote

there was no breakfast provided but the one we cooked in our room was excellent.

we could hear the kids fighting, crying, music, tv, and trying to open and knock on the connecting door

i contacted them day before our check in date, about shuttle services and they had fully assisted me

they hooked us up for day passes to a local spa that was beyond beautiful with so many amenities, we spent the day relaxing there and hopping

complimentary breakfast, a hot tub and sauna (and pool but we didn’t use that) all made the stay that bit more special

the price, it is very expensive and the short time to use the swimming pool.

wifi wasn't that great and the beds could have been a little more comfy parking was rough had to

even with wifi, could not connect with my friends in area due to no cell service.

staff was inviting and very friendly :-) minimal wifi, so it was incredibly relaxing to be off grid
