laundry room not working

they do their own laundry at this facility

checked for a pool and laundry facilities online and verified with pictures

spa tub had hair in it. room smelled musty.

breakfast was small

cheapest rates around. cheap pet fee. only $10 a night. staff was friendly.

swimming pool was out of service and in the laundry room, they had two working washers and one dryer

was double charged the pet fee

only good thing that i got from my stay was doing my laundry

street noise coming from the bar a few floors down but that didn't really affect our positive experience

little noise from the bowling and the bar downstairs stays open late so could be noisy.

there was no parking. you had to park on the street.

easy check in parking was easy liked the very unique quaint historical building & feel

building and if we had had more time in indy, we would have enjoyed the rooftop and street side bar - we'll save all of the above for next time

was terrible, i didn't even let my kids take off their shoes because the floors looked so gross (and i am not a clean freak at all)

so i abandoned my wife and two kids, got back in the car and drove back to red roofs to ask them to call la quinta

my kids loved the waffles and pancakes

the room was big and clean. the kids enjoyed breakfast every morning.

everything. worst experience ever. me and my kids were put out at 11:30 at night for complaining

clean rooms restaurant and bar where excellent and staff in bar area where great very friendly.

very outdated, tub was stopped up and they did not fix, room service not available

room was a corner room and the wifi did not reach it, i had to keep going out to the hall to get any signal

proximity to the airport; shuttle service was prompt; food from restaurant was delicious; food from the coffee shop/store was

decent pool

we stayed in the garden room, which has a full kitchen (although we didn’t use it)

i was welcomed in the morning to a breakfast basket at the door

and with covid i understand about kitchen access

the host was super friendly and nice. breakfast was great. location was fantastic.

lovely historic house with delicious breakfast and welcoming staff

the spa tub was amazing, the bed was super comfy and the staff were so kind and helpful

little kitchen with free coke and coffee/hot

great staff, beautiful decor, comfortable accommodations, good breakfast

breakfast was great. wonderful location. quiet room

the room we had was nice and cozy nice spa tub over all the whole place was really nice definitely look forward to staying
