my boyfriend and i stayed just for the big spa tub in the honeymoon suite

spa tub was very enjoyable. bed was clean and comfy. a/c worked great.

room service never answered the phone. some guests were very loud late into the night.

room service didn't get the memo of my late checkout and walked in on me naked.

parking spots are narrow and row can fill up

it was really clean, free parking what else can you ask for

was a guest laundry but out of order and nobody knew when it will be available

it was an affordable option for a room with a spa tub

super clean, loved how everything is set up! loved the spa tub and the bed was so comfortable!

only thing i think whoever does the cleaning for the spa should take a lil bit more time to make sure there isn’t any dirt or hair of the previous

the pastry at breakfast was delicious and the 24/7 coffee machine was great too

it is comfortable, clean and a great swimming pool. the staff is amazing and friendly

decor, pool area, the restaurant and bar and store downstairs, super friendly staff, and a great gym room

i like i how they can cater to both the parents and kids

the speed of wifi, old balcony doors that i couldn't close without help of hotel stuff.

everything was excellent. spent a lot of time at the pool and the pool bar staff were excellent.

paid an extra fee to have late check out, only to have the staff knocking and calling bright and early

that we had to pay for early check in.

we asked for an early check in because of the rain and the manager welcomed us warmly

out water & snacks & utensils when out door dash failed to bring us some lol then gave us a late check out when we slept in a bit more than we hoped

the room had a large fridge, a table, shampoo and soap, wifi, and air conditioning

crew, and one of the ladies (with the request of maid services washed and folded my laundry (-)no laundry at decent price (+) welcoming check-in with very helpful staff, arranging everything from laundry to luggage storage with ease around our travel schedule (+)went above and beyond to help us out with luggage storage, laundry, heating up food for us and general (+) laundry facilities for 10usd (-)could not lock the window at night in my room so i felt a bit unsequered and the laundry room was not avaliable and no breakfast at property (-)dryer very late at night despite there being a cut off time and we had a room right next to the laundry so we heard it all night (+)nice room , free laundry (-) only allowed to do laundry 10-5 which is the exact time we wanted to be sightseeing so it was useless so we had to go

the hotel was very clean and the staff kept asking if room service was needed.
