the laundry was the cheapest i've found in europe - £2 for a wash or dry

the rooftop bar was excellent
the rooftop bar was amazing as was the room so different from other hotels at the same price.
atmosphere and the decor is amazing, the room service, cleanliness, staff members very helpful and accommodating
tv wouldn't link up to the wifi so i couldn't watch netflix or anything and didn't want to go ask for help as it was late
wish they had room service for food

would have enjoyed hot drink facilities in our room and the prices of the drinks from the bar were extremely expensive
everything - great room, wonderful staff and 24/7 bar and food facilities
of a miss without the bar and restaurant however cannot be helped and did not massively affect our visit
