didn't use the kitchenette but will next stay

parking, clean, comfortable bed cons: breakfast is very skimpy - not many options, very basic gym (just 3 cardio machines) overall, good value for what i paid for

breakfast wasn't what it was 3 years ago no pool said there was a spa but there wasn't gym had 2 pieces of equipment not much of a gym

i liked the fact that the manager daphne was able to do an early check in due to conflicting times we were flying into tampa at at 1030 i messaged through

expected cookware, dining utensils etc as there is a full kitchen

the pool wax out of service & the water wasn t clear either

the hotel pool was great, there were so many newer features that were awesome

pool was out of service which was extremely disappointing to my three boys

loved the cleanliness of the resort and the area to sit down by the pool

kids running around making noise ar 3am. car stereo music. no sleep.

they rent rooms to kids and trash over the ground and don't clean it up

room i got stinked because kids shoved candy into the air conditioner - smelled like a mint explosion, got another room and

not for kids a all

was clean front desk was seeet went for fair n casino was fun ty red roof

thing which i missed was a hot tub since the pool was a little cold in october

super clean rooms and hallways. clean pool. nice staff. free water bottles in the mini fridge.

drinks on the bar really good and good prices

the gym was nice

the airport shuttle was extra convenient and the drivers were so nice

bed was too soft. breakfast wasn't complimentary. couldn't connect to wifi

no room service.

shuttle hours are not suitable for all guests because of the cut off time of 10pm

wifi was very spotty when i was there.

grabbed a drink from the bar to take up to the room and the bartender was super friendly as well
