we requested room service due to mobility issues, to avoid going up and down stairs for meals, we were told that

wrong, food orders, not replacing shower gel or soap etc in the rooms, forgetting to pick up laundry, but those are minor niggles which will be readily fixed

tried to order room service and was told there was not enough staff to accommodate this request

the laundry service was a rip off. only use if you have a business account to charge.
