very clean great breakfast safe quiet location

the breakfast. there were lots of choices and the food was hot. i also liked the hours.

the room was very clean and the continental breakfast was great

very well kept,clean motel with small kitchen facilities including dishes and utensils, stove top and kitchen sink

having front access room, good bed and kitchenette is all we needed

was a good idea to have a kitchenette for the price, but only one of the burners worked and i had to kinda beg for it

friendly helpful staff & use of kitchen.

parking is a bit sketchy and having to walk in that alley with all the shady characters that hang

jets in the spa bath were placed in spots that made water splash around so had to keep them

clean , restaurant and bar and 24 hr security ,

there weren't any kids squealing and hollering or racing up and down the hallways

was no lock higher up on the door (only the easy to open door handle type for kids to get out and a simple turn lock by the handle that kids can also easily open)

service from the waiter fernando in the piano bar was absolutely amazing

noisey hallway after the bar closed.

didn't like the fact that because of covid 19 the bar closed early but that was the governments fault not the hotels

i won 600$ in the bar ka ching

is very kind and hardworker, check in time is at 4 pm i arrived at 2 pm and was considerad as an early check in which was $20 extra

was not clean at all vending machines not working bar had 2 bottles of water only very run down

was able to do laundry for only $5 wash and dry

waffle makers in the breakfast room, those were sweet the fact we could do laundry to was really

no pool or hot tub

maids helped with laundry

swimming pool and gym could be upgraded

room was dusty, bath kind of dirty (kids have been afraid to go there)

excellent hot breakfast

wifi is too slow they should provide a faster wifi so that everyone can browse

the kids loved the pancakes and eggs

one complaint,the breakfast staff was very kind and courteous, front desk was excellent service, checking in and out

you have a gym and a swimming pool so people will have dirty clothes and your laundry service is always out

the pool was really cold

better layout for the pool. the chairs are rusty and no towels left to use.
