i also have stayed twice now where i was unable to use laundry facilities because they were taken by other guests and when your staying for several nights

room service took forever and we ended up canceling our order, spa was under maintenance and we

since no breakfast was included, i wanted to make instant oatmeal for my kids, because kids are always hungry first thing in the morning

the alarm clock went off at 6:00 in the morning and i fell asleep with my 2 kids listening to the people upstairs having sex

were not able to order room service the entire time we stayed there, because the room service system was down

the waffles for breakfast were delicious and a great start the bed was comfy too

liked the breakfast, which was handed to me in a bag and had a variety of complementary foods and beverages

all the hotels i’ve stayed at before i was able to bring breakfast to my kids in the room i was staying at

i didn't like the breakfast.

i guess you had to rent pot and pans if you wanted tp use the kitchen

the bed and the staff was awesome however the breakfast could've been better

technically have a guest laundry, although the system for using it is ridiculous

front greeted us, immediately helped us out when we couldn’t figure out to work the tv,and the breakfast was nice as well

sure if it was because we booked through booking but we were put in room 308, right next to the laundry room and when the washer spun it shook the whole room like an earthquake and was very noisy
