if the pool was accessible

place was amazing, loved everything about it, room decor, cleanliness, the bar and grill, amazing staff, food was delicious

went exceptionally well, except for the parking lot

the parking lot needs repaving and can be crowded

we were there to play pasatiempo golf course and we we're so close to the course that we could see one of the holes from our room

pool, gym, breakfast, fancy filtered water, restaurant was closed

staff was so welcoming--the bartender was so fun

lovely, staff lovely, rooms lovely, swimming pool lovely, bar and restaurant lovely

the gym was above average in my opinion

every time we needed something as two of us broke out in some kind of rash, whether it’s the laundry detergent or the fact that the sheets weren’t washed but whatever it was it wasn’t cool

having a kitchen and getting kitchen utensils was a big plus

i must say the room and pool were great

coffee maker did not work,spa upgrade did not meet expectations

the atrium pool and spa are easy to access and nicely heated

we liked the spa and they had streaming services for the tv which was really nice

there was also a pool and hot tub

could hear and feel kids jumping around

thought the pictures online of the spa was misleading it was very tiny, could comfortably fit only four people

and they even gave us an hour for a late check out

the staff were all fantastic - my kids got a little welcome gift which was a really nice

clean, bed was really comfortable, room very spacious, and spa tub was nice.

check in and out was easy and we were offered a complimentary late check out as well

me itchy, rug was damp, they didn't have enough bath towels for the 2nd day they were all in the laundry room washing and drying

no laundry room that was advertised

air conditioner did not work, window could not open, smelled like dirty laundry, treated rude, no hbo or wifi as advertised

no children tv channels. laundry was out of order, late check in.

blanket like every hotel has and he said he didn’t have any available till he decided to do laundry

it was clean, large bedroom, separate kitchen with a sink, comfy beds, large closet area, upgraded shower, newer floor

room had a kitchen too, everything but a stove

i think we were upgraded for free. had backyard, full kitchen, and a remodeled bathroom.

i liked the kitchen area it was roomy

working to give me a downstairs room, offering a late check out, where to go in town

they accept my kids

the swimming pool was very clean

bath tubs for kids, walking distance to boardwalk

the pool was small so 6 kids swimming did not make it a nice environment for a quiet dip at night

they had a pool and beach toys, which would be great for families with kids

staff was friendly, the bed was perfect and adults only was the best especially with a house-like building

we were 2 adults with one bag each and had no space

was only 1 croissants and one small danish on the tray that was supposed to be breakfast for two adults

would like to be upstairs, next time, for better view and maybe try the spa room

but they still managed to serve a nice breakfast
