first bed and breakfast experience

house was sooooo helpful with recommendations and providing us with a lovely continental breakfast

wish the breakfast was served a bit earlier

she served the best breakfast and was just the right amount

breakfast, professional and pleasant treatment

no charging ports . a little kitchenette, but not a single glass, silver ware, plate etc...

had a kitchenette with no plates, cups or utensils! no coffee

coffee pot or sink in the kitchenette

what upset me most, were the empty kitchen cabinets

was described as having kitchen facilities- but there was no plates/cups/glasses/flatware - so no way of making tea or

no bar or dining options during our stay because there was only 70% occupancy.

and a peaceful atmosphere, lovely interiors, an exceptionally high quality library, and excellent breakfast

you start off with a wonderful breakfast and end with a magnificent sunset

everyone, staff, was extremely nice and accommodating. pool, yard, close to great private beach.

both were excellent: spacious, immaculate, attractive, with a kitchenette and a new, luxurious bath and a sitting area

impressive cleanliness in the room and guest laundry machine access was a nice touch

and there was free detergent in the laundry room

liked the fact it was so close to beaches, shops, family fun places like mini golf, reseraunts and they had an indoor outdoor pool and a playground for little ones

the location and the pool. it was quiet. i stayed here before and i like it.

there's a mini golf course across the street and a dunkin donuts around the corner

needed a place to crash on the cape as i was in a golf tournament
