location, smells good, receptionist was very nice and helpful with my questions and liked the pool game

location was nice - breakfast was minimal. staff was extremely helpful when needed.

their was no breakfast location was ideal

i thought there was supposed to be breakfast but there wasn’t. also the pool was not open.

i ordered the hot breakfast, and it was very good, and great at value for it's cost

the continental breakfast was delicious and the optional hot breakfast was not necessary

she served the best breakfast and was just the right amount

continental breakfast in our room was fab too

was described as having kitchen facilities- but there was no plates/cups/glasses/flatware - so no way of making tea or

coffee pot or sink in the kitchenette

keeping missed us on second day and did not clean the kitchen area or replenished coffee or towels on the third

no charging ports . a little kitchenette, but not a single glass, silver ware, plate etc...

kitchenette in room but totally empty - no cutlery, crockery etc, not even a glass to have a glass

property, fabulous gardens and pool, the staff were just lovely and really helpful, restaurant food and service excellent, great

eleven acres with wonderful seating areas and a pool

pool area was very nice and quite relaxing

beautiful location and room. breakfast was great.

we had a sort of double room with a sleeping sofa in an annex (we traveled as family with 2 kids), the bed for the kids was not prepared
