clean rooms, easy check in, my kids loved the pool and the hot tub

all the staff ( front desk, maintenance, kitchen, housekeeping) looked us right in the eye, said

the room had a lot of space and a nice kitchen the free breakfast was good pool was very nice

the hotel was a bit noisy with kids, but not sure you could do anything about that.

minor observation but the restaurant/room service could pay a little more attention to detail

location; a 10 or 15 minute shuttle ride from harrisburg airport, and a nice restaurant right next door

there s a mexican restaurant across the parking lot that offers a large selection of authentic mexican foods

pool was cool temp and crowded with kids having fun

relaxing in the hot tub while the kids played in the pool was great

although it wasnâ ? ? t their fault, i missed having the breakfast buffet due to covid.

the gym room is stuffy and the elliptical is clunky.

washing machine in laundry room kept getting jammed so it was difficult to get laundry done.
