we like our room needed updated the staff we very friendly the pool was nice need some tlc

perhaps more parking, but that was also limited more by the location

the waffle maker at our included breakfast was my favorite part

breakfast was delicious and you have the option of eating in the dining area or having it delivered

rooms are lovely, the included breakfast is delicious, staff is warm and inviting

i liked the meals, service, garden, pool, & land.

a large saltwater pool was delightful for swimming and floating

perfect amount of space, room service was phenomenal and again, the staff was awesome

best staff i have ever had at a hotel. we enjoyed the pool and bar room was nice and very clean

spa was also lovely, super friendly staff, and all inclusive of tips, which is nice not to worry

and believe it or not, they have no pet fee they are the most dog friendly location in helen

only gripe would be there was service for two in the kitchen except for the lack of utensils

we enjoyed hiking to anna ruby falls, valhalla golf course, fantastic meals, a carriage ride, etc

also, the kitchen sink plugged up constantly

pet fee is too expensive. $30 a night.

we also had a 6x12 trailer we were able to park on site with no issues

the rooms are huge and the fireplace, hot tub and kitchenette make the stay even nicer

kitchen area could be better equipped for cooking

spacious, had a sitting areas with fireplace area/electric fireplace, has a coffee maker, small kitchen sink, and small fridge and microwave, and the full size hot tub was great after walking

modern kitchen, electric fireplace, linens were beautiful, very non conventional

i am generally an early riser but slept so well i missed the complimentary breakfast all four mornings i was there

limited amount of breakfast food offerings.

for kids and family

i also wish the breakfast had warm options, but i was grateful to have a free breakfast each day either way

only thing that could have been better was the continental breakfast side items such as butter and syrup for the waffles

there was no hot water and i wasn't offered any money back i had to checkout early and paid for a spa tub that i couldn't enjoy i'll never book with them again
