great staff love this place. pool is amazing!

no elevator. we had to haul our suitcases up a flight of stairs. pool was closed.

my view of the water park was great and being on the first floor

like that the property is huge and you have a lot of things you can do there like go to the water park, you can rent bike out there the rooms are really nice clean and huge

everything they offered was amazing was very impressive my kids had a blast

good freenfaciloties like bikes and mini golf and no negatives.. staff helpful.

friendly staff, comfortable bed and room, very clean, great facilities (gym, laundry, pool), buffet breakfast was diverse from cereal to bacon and eggs to waffles,

a tip: just taking an uber to all star sports and then a shuttle bus for easy access to any disney parks

the breakfast is very repetitive, but still good.

my kids really enjoyed the fresh baked cookies made nightly

the room was across from the laundry room and people were washing there close and being loud at 3 am

front desk team, good breakfast and comfortable beds

they also allowed a complimentary late check out time

the chocolate cup is to die for which they brought as room service for us

the hotel offered a great breakfast the pool was great the staff was very friendly

only a few min to shuttle to theme parks

was comfortable and i liked having the bunk beds to fit my kids and that there was a bit of separation between them and the other beds

matresses old squeaky and uneven, carpets old and dirty, bead headrest dirty, kitchen cabinetry falling apart, only one room still had blackout, the ohters had only blinds which

we were supposed to have a private pool but we did not.

only thing i didn't like was there were no life vest for kids at the pool

have found a place to stay that has a very courteous staff,very clean rooms,and a new pool

the room was updated and the property was peaceful and clean. the pool was always cleaned.
