kitchenette was included in the description, but it did not exist..........

bedroom was very spacious and clean, kitchen was well equipped except for a lack of cutlery, staff was polite and professional except

middle room had the upstairs, kitchen etc so often heard guest moving around above you

lack of kitchen available for late dinner no garbage cans outside

don’t know about you but i’m not paying 50 dollars a plate for something not fresh out of the kitchen

enjoyed our suite, i came with everything you could think of, from kitchen items to toiletries

the breakfast was good, and the coffee was on 24/7

the friendliness of the staff. the breakfast was also very good.

staff were friendly, lovely pool. comfortable bed

clean great free breakfast location is perfect staff was excellent

courteous staff. delicious breakfast. comfortable room. pleasant stay.

shower needed to be cleaner. fireplace and spa did not work

it also has a full kitchen with enough service ware for a family of four

uncomfortable bed, not enough hot water to use the spa tub.

only gripe would be there was service for two in the kitchen except for the lack of utensils

the place was in walking distance, on the river , accepted our rottweiler and and had breakfast

we also had a 6x12 trailer we were able to park on site with no issues

splurged on a spa room and found it very clean, spacious, and well furnished

had plates and a mini kitchen but no tools to wash dishes.... ugh

kitchen area could be better equipped for cooking

we had a unit in the windmill with a full hot tub, and not just a spa bathtub

i am generally an early riser but slept so well i missed the complimentary breakfast all four mornings i was there

for kids and family

room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, wi-fi worked amazing & the breakfast was great

breakfast was always warm well cooked stuff was appropriately dressed and hospitable which made my

plane was 8 hrs late so i didn’t get to motel until after 5am

was able to park my truck and trailer in the motel spaces

and believe it or not, they have no pet fee they are the most dog friendly location in helen

there was no hot water and i wasn't offered any money back i had to checkout early and paid for a spa tub that i couldn't enjoy i'll never book with them again

better breakfast

fact that i was the only one in the breakfast area and staff who wasnt present until i walked in dtood and stared at me the whole time

left early so didn't eat breakfast at hotel

thought the breakfast was good the pastries were always fresh and the coffee was really good the location of

the food from room service was delightful

we opted for the mountain golf course, innsbruck, which was a short walk down the hill from the resort

i loved the fireplace in the room and the sky bar was great with that view

the golf was so much fun

spa was also lovely, super friendly staff, and all inclusive of tips, which is nice not to worry
