he told me the hotel only opened a few days ago and apologized that the pool wasn’t ready yet

laundry facility to expensive and only 1 washer and dryer and the dryer needs to be turned on 2

a shuttle to town would be handy, as would a guest laundry.

gym machines were old and rusted

if only we could play golf!!! - although that didn't stop us from trying out the driving range!

we love the luxurious feel of the accommodations and the food in the bar is very good

the gym is top notch for a resort

customer service was outstanding we even got an early check in which was greatly appreciated

room was right beside the laundry room and it actually shook the room when appliances came on

longer hours for laundry access

also there is a spa but you need to book ahead

oh, and like most of the reviewers already said: the breakfast is super delicious

on the second floor meant getting back in your car and driving to bottom parking lot or taking a whole bunch of stairs to get to elevator

didn't mind the walk but noticed a few people with mobility issues and some staff members hauling laundry up and down many flights

the restaurant in the hotel serves great food at reasonable prices and the discounted breakfast for guests is well worth it

i had a king suite and it had two big beds - one in a separate bedroom and a full kitchen, dining table, outside seating etc

beautiful floors, good size kitchen, seperate bedroom and an electric fireplace

the laundry room was very handy - with everything provided

they have laundry facilities on site for guests to use

kids charged ice cream to my room, they got told it was free for my room and i end up paying for it

the sun the whole day the hotel has a lovely spa and two restaurants - we only tried carve for in room service several times and we liked it very

thoughtful room furniture,bar etc disappointed in evening dining as it was pouring and only bar golf game area was open
