turns out that my kids had requested pool towels too, so i guessed she thought i was being pushy

parking was provided but it was around the corner and not secured during the day (locked at night) (+) they accommodated parking for my moto - love that (-)walking around the block to and from the parking lot no access to the hotel !! (+) the place is very clean, quiet with free parking (-)of the main door is in glass, also kind of noisy as it s in front of a chruch and a ambulance parking (-)was a bit off beaten track for walking at night and parking is around the corner (-) parking is not at the hotel (+) secured parking a block away

the staff was great even did my laundry and recommend places to eat late at night

no hot water fist night, wifi not reliable

okay breakfast. bigger coffee cups needed. a toaster. bread other than white.
