it is a good family hotel pool jacuzzi good parking space very clean!

if you are looking for a pool this place isn't for you. it was tiny.

the bad tub doesnt work its been cancel and the pool in the property is not working

it had lots of space and there's a laundry room available to use

pool for kids and young teens to swim in and lots of stores nearby for shopping like target, ulta

the kids liked the breakfast offered

my kids walked around bair foot and their feet turned black from the carpets

felt safe, easy to park. the kids at the front desk were easy to work with.

the pool was just the right temperature and the jacuzzi

we had a great swim in the pool and the area is lovely with towels and sun beds or table and chairs

the courtyard pool area was very cute and definitely made me want to just hang out and relax

we loved using the pool every day

i didn't swim but spent part of one afternoon by the pool under an umbrella which was very relaxing

i like i how they can cater to both the parents and kids

we brought our kids and were worried it wasn t going to be kid friendly

on site was phenomenal, we needed up eating most of our meals at the restaurant and with room service after long days at universal studios and disney

one thing i really like about this hotel is the parking

studios the next day and they even proposed to drive me to the studios so i can save the 25$ parking ticket

we asked for an early check in because of the rain and the manager welcomed us warmly

out water & snacks & utensils when out door dash failed to bring us some lol then gave us a late check out when we slept in a bit more than we hoped

was good for me and my kids 11,13 for one night

spa tub to small and it took 10 min for water to get hot

he saw we had 5 adults and little kids so he gave us a room with an extra bed

sure there isn't any kids staying in the room about yours, we kept hearing screaming, jumping & running around the room

was told over the phone weeks and days in advanced early check in is available at no charge, the morning we arrived expecting to check in early i was

big room with places to put all your stuff, large and very comfortable bed, nice small kitchen, good size bathroom, good lighting, large balcony with chairs, dark curtains

the view was amazing and the room was clean and big even a kitchen area

had a yuca bar in a corner room across our room
