the breakfast was very satisfactory and so was the amazing outdoor pool

well cared for, clean, amazing amenities (a real kitchen! and plates glasses flatware )

gym needs replacement but the oyster bar had fabulous food

the front desk accommodated me to my request of an early check in which we drove from san jose,ca

location and the casino

had a early check in for noon, got there at 3pm and had to wait until 4:30pm, sitting in the lobby, staff

information you need and a welcome note, a nicely-made bed, pretty bows made with bathroom and kitchen towels, tissue flower in the tissue box and paper towel roll, nice soaps

kitchen could use a cutting board and maybe extra knives that are not serrated (there was one)

apartment, separated rooms, large dining room, well equipped kitchen, wonderful environment

good location, helpful staff, has everything that we need in the kitchen.

the rooms and showers and even the pool are handicapped accessible but for some reason they need help with some exterior access doors

it has a bar onsite, but we did not use it

not much to do for children at the hotel itself, but they have a bar and pool table for the adults
