parking was small

it's a remote area, but 15 miles from the airport and free parking

pool and the fact that included a parking space

parking wasn't the best

coffee shop around did not open for breakfast until 8 am

breakfast options are limited, just muffins or croissants

breakfast ok for me, clean, small room but ok with fridge and microwave, good ac and mosquito net

very clean, convenient, lots of amenities, breakfast provided, bar and restaurant, outdoor patio

they have an excellent gym which was surprising, like better than the gym i pay for

the room was clean and comfortable and they have free laundry facilities, you just have to ask for detergent at the lobby

that it didn t have a pool.

inevitably, with it being a large golf resort, you need to take a cab if you want to leave it

the staff is very helpful and the hotel has its own little kitchen and laundry room

he was so friendly and was able to get us an early check in which was extremely appreciated

the pool was a nice bonus - it was very cool and refreshing

facilities were wonderful (pool, rooftop)

was a bit small, as was the pool, but we were prepared for this and it didn't negatively affect our stay

we loved the private pool setting (because of covid you signed up for private pool hours)

however, i requested room service every single day

my daughter s loved the pool and how close it was to the beach

room service was only completed 1 time on a 5 day stay

i suppose for young college kids who just want to be in san juan or near the beach, this might work, but for a family,

i arrived in the middle of the night late with two kids in tow and the night attendant wasn't so helpful, just merely did his job

room service should have been a daily activity

they didn't like there's no parking , when it says a laundry facility it means that housekeeping would do your clothes the following morning i didn't

i asked over 2 times to clean the room i had left the sign outside the door room service needed no one came after the 3rd day of my 5 days stay that sucked

the design was amazing not to mention the beautifully built pool

the pool was so serene and peaceful and it’s located in a great area with the beach and eateries

at its highest volume and there is no way to change the settings the microwave is located in the laundry

the location, the food, the staff, the pool, the comfortable bed, the shower !

the pool was clean, has a decent size, is located on rooftop so view is great, and is open until 11pm

continental breakfast has been discontinued, but there are refrigerator and kitchen available for guest use

and we had access to the kitchen with fridge and microwave

i mean, i do wish i had my own microwave and refrigerator but they have a kitchen on the second floor

nice common kitchenette with fresh coffee in the morning

convenient to kitchen area for shared refrigerator space

the convenience of the surrounding, i loved the pool, close to a lot of stores n restaurants
