are spectacular and added bonus of a jacuzzi and a sauna one morning i opened the blinds in the kitchen and there was a large elk grazing , we saw a lot of ground squirrels

can not complain: we got an upgrade from a room to one bedroom apartment, we were able to get an early check in

we had and apartment and the kitchen had the basics included, like coffee, tea, sugar, whitener, salt and pepper

room was advertised as having a ‘spa bath’, but it was broken

more of a couples oriented location with a spa like atmosphere

great clean room and amazing breakfast every morning

we were in canmore taking a scrambling course and they made us breakfast early because we had to leave before their normal breakfast started and also made us a

clean and well decorated bed & breakfast inn

apartment style living, has a kitchen, washer/dryer, living room. was very comfortable

clean, great location, hot tub, fully equipped kitchen and laundry

loved the hot tub and the full kitchen in the room with everything you need.

in a rv and the staff helped us a lot like finding a place for us to park our rv and brought us extra beddings to our door

it was very clean, kitchen was well stocked

breakfast waffle was not good.

did not offer complimentary breakfast, room is small and dim, dont have a welcoming vibe, pay for wifi, does not have a decent countertop for coffee machine and ice

view of the mountains, buffet breakfast at primrose was excellent and staff so attentive

stuff are really friendly i just think for the price breakfast should have need included in

bed was very comfortable. the kitchen is fully equipped and it has full size fridge!

some facilities like the gym are not functioning

for indoors wood fire, free bus pass to downtown, kitchen was fully equipped pool is small, second bedroom is right be the door so everyone walks

there was a small pool and gym but didn’t have enough time

pool is in another are, however this is expected when looking for a cabin style stay

even the pool, we have to walk to get there

the facilities were great and we used the swimming pool, hot tub and gym between us quite extensively

the laundry area were scary.

the spa/gym area was nice as well

love the room and the japanese sushi bar on site

the coffee bar in the room was great - sink, fridge, microwave, electric kettle and french press

wifi connection not very strong.

in the room was too perfect as well and the awesome amenities like the hot tubs, the sauna, the laundry room

clean hotel and friendly staff, underground parking to keep vehicle out of the elements and cabin-esque style rooms

there was a spa but we did not use it so are unable to comment on the facilities of the gym or spa

comfortable and hikes right outside the front door, a parking stall in front of the cabin was included

no kitchen nobody came to pick up garbage or no room service bed was two small

everything else, dirty rooms, no wi-fi, tons of mosquitoes, no room service, no tv

and free parking right by the cabin

the cabin we stayed in was lovely with parking space right next to it

no wifi which we actually quite like but there was no mini fridge or kettle which would have been

the restaurant was exquisite dinner was excellent and breakfast bar included well stocked with a good variety

small primitive cabin, no fridge, no wifi ,no kettle,over used towels which were not changed, no house keeping and above all very costly

else, such as staff seemed to be too busy to be friendly, breakfast was not included, wifi was not open to the guests, location was off from banff and/or lake louise, etc

have appreciated wifi but understand it's tricky - we couldn't get cellphone reception there even
