soft/firm rather than 6 of the same wooden ones you often get in places -really comfy bed -great breakfast in a lovely setting overlooking a lovely part of the city -really kind and pleasant staff

we thought the hotel itself was worthy of 5 stars late check out is a real bonus.

gym could have been batter signposted

would have appreciated being informed no meals or room service available sunday night, but lots of local places and they were very kind in providing

let us park earlier and even got us an early check in

complementary cakes in the room and glass of prosecco in the bar were a really nice touch which made us feel valued as customers

the hotel sets a high bar for hotels and the fisher breakfast is nothing short of sublime

there were kids running around the corridor on saturday morning as early as 6am

the breakfast provided is tasty and filling to start the day and the lounge bar is a great place to chill after a long day out

cleaners down stairs in reception and seating area liked the little kids corner at breakfast , and breakfast and coffee good

nice cosy warm atmosphere in the bar with all the locals it was great

the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the room was spacious enough to easily accommodate the kids' beds without feeling cramped

the hotel bar was perfect for what we all wanted

liked the reception and bar area it was clean and the furniture was lovely

also, when i checked in i was hoping to get an early check in - which the staff really tried their best to assist me with and got in no problems
